利用規約 / Terms of Service
本利用規約（以下「本規約」といいます）は、Yolca（以下「当方」といいます）が提供する語学学習アプリ「Memoreo」（以下「本アプリ」といいます）の利用条件を定めるものです。利用者は、本アプリを利用することにより、本規約に同意したものとみなされます。

本アプリは、単語の登録・復習・学習を支援する語学学習アプリです。AIによる例文などの生成機能、写真からの単語読み取り機能、通知機能、バックアップ機能などを含みます。
本アプリは、無料でご利用いただけるほか、有料の月額・年額プランをご用意しています。無料プランでは、AIによる生成機能を1か月あたり10回までご利用いただけます。有料プランの料金および内容は次のとおりです。スタンダードプランは月額500円（年額5,000円）で、AI生成を1か月あたり300回までご利用いただけます。プロプランは月額1,000円（年額10,000円）で、AI生成を1か月あたり1,000回までご利用いただけます。料金はすべて税込・日本円での表示です。プランの内容、料金、無料での提供範囲は、予告なく変更する場合があります。お支払いは、App Store等の各プラットフォームを通じて行われ、その決済・請求・返金の取扱いは各プラットフォームの規定に従います。
本アプリのAI機能が生成する例文・熟語・覚え方などのコンテンツは、生成AIの特性上、不正確な内容や不適切な表現を含む可能性があります。当方はその正確性・完全性を保証しません。学習の参考情報としてご利用ください。
利用者は、次の行為をしてはなりません。
本アプリおよび本アプリに関するプログラム・デザイン・文章等の知的財産権は、当方または正当な権利者に帰属します。利用者が本アプリ内で登録したデータの権利は利用者に帰属します。
利用者は、本アプリに登録するデータが第三者の著作権その他の権利を侵害しないことを表明し、保証するものとします。登録されたデータに起因して第三者との間で紛争が生じた場合、利用者は自己の責任と費用でこれを解決するものとし、当方は一切の責任を負いません。
当方は、利用者への事前の通知なく、本アプリの内容の変更、提供の中断または終了を行うことがあります。AI機能は外部サービス（Google Gemini API、Cloudflare）に依存しており、これらの障害や仕様変更により利用できなくなることがあります。
当方は、本アプリの利用により利用者に生じた損害について、当方の故意または重過失による場合を除き、一切の責任を負いません。端末の故障・紛失などによるデータの消失に備え、バックアップ機能のご利用を推奨します。利用者の行為（本アプリに登録したデータの内容、およびその第三者への提供・配布を含む）により第三者に生じた損害について、当方は一切の責任を負いません。
当方は、必要に応じて本規約を変更することがあります。重要な変更がある場合は、本アプリ内またはストアページ上で告知します。変更後に本アプリを利用した場合、変更後の規約に同意したものとみなされます。
本規約は日本法に準拠し、本アプリに関して紛争が生じた場合は、当方の所在地を管轄する裁判所を第一審の専属的合意管轄裁判所とします。

These Terms of Service (the "Terms") set out the conditions for using the language-learning app "Memoreo" (the "App") provided by Yolca (the "Developer," "we," "us," or "our"). By using the App, you are deemed to have agreed to these Terms.

The App supports vocabulary registration, spaced-repetition review, and study. It includes AI-powered content generation, word extraction from photos, notifications, and backup features.
The App is available free of charge, and also offers paid monthly and yearly plans. The free plan includes up to 10 AI generations per month. The Standard plan is USD 2.99 per month (USD 29.99 per year) and includes up to 300 AI generations per month. The Pro plan is USD 5.99 per month (USD 59.99 per year) and includes up to 1,000 AI generations per month. Prices are shown in U.S. dollars; the actual amount charged is displayed in your local currency on the purchase screen. Plan contents, prices, and the scope of free usage are subject to change without notice. Payments are processed through the applicable platform (such as the App Store), and billing and refunds are governed by that platform's terms.
Content generated by the App's AI features (example sentences, idioms, memory aids, etc.) may contain inaccurate or inappropriate material due to the nature of generative AI. We do not guarantee its accuracy or completeness. Please use it as supplementary study material.
You must not:
Intellectual property rights in the App and its programs, designs, and text belong to us or rightful owners. Rights to the data you register in the App belong to you.
You represent and warrant that the data you register in the App does not infringe the copyrights or other rights of any third party. If any dispute with a third party arises out of data you have registered, you shall resolve it at your own responsibility and expense, and we shall bear no liability.
We may change, suspend, or terminate the App without prior notice. The AI features depend on external services (Google Gemini API, Cloudflare) and may become unavailable due to their outages or specification changes.
We are not liable for any damages arising from use of the App, except in cases of our willful misconduct or gross negligence. We recommend using the backup feature to protect against data loss due to device failure or loss. We shall bear no liability for any damage caused to third parties by your acts, including the content of data you register in the App and the provision or distribution of such data to third parties.
We may revise these Terms as necessary. Significant changes will be announced in the App or on the store page. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Any disputes concerning the App shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the court having jurisdiction over the Developer's location in the first instance.
